I am 22 years old and have grown up riding horses, having started in a riding school when I was 4. I then started loaning and taking opportunities to ride any horse i could before I was lucky enough to have my own, which I have done for the past 10 years. This means I have learnt to ride a wide range of horses from children’s ponies, to heavy horses or fit top level competition horses and just about everything in-between. I am a competent, confident rider who especially enjoys producing young or inexperienced horses, or working through behavioral problems. I have competed showjumping to 1.05m, evented to 100, hunted, and train in trick riding and liberty/ bridleless riding.

As a groom I have experience across a wide range of disciplines and types of yards including: broodmares and youngstock, family hunt, event/competition, private or livery yards. I work to a high standard and take pride in my work, with a strong attention to detail. I have previously worked as a stewardess/deckhand on Superyachts so I am used to working in a high pressure environment while keeping things running smoothly and while keeping everything immaculate. This unique perspective has a number of transferable skills for work in the equine industry.
